As is our tradition, we met in the first half of December with a group of friends from #ColwayInternational to look back on the past year in a warm, family atmosphere.

We celebrated our successes and discussed areas that could be improved, all to make the upcoming ‘seventeen’ even better than the passing ‘sixteen’. During the conference, various creative workshops also took place. Participants were divided into four teams to find ways of making the lower-level financial plans more attractive. The result was four completely different, amazing ideas that we’ll be taking as inspiration. At the end of the meeting we had a gala dinner, at which we toasted our friends from abroad who couldn’t be with us that day.
